Batch Create Services or Products

Batch (/dashboard/batch) creates up to 20 Services or Products in one submit. Every new item copies the fields from the listing you saved most recently.

Open Batch

1. Open My Services or My Products from the Dashboard.
2. Next to + Service / + Product, click Batch — both buttons appear on the merchant list only.
3. The page opens as Batch Services or Batch Products; the back arrow returns to the list.

Batch is part of the shop flow: without a Service Provider or Golden Service Provider identity you are sent to the Subscription page, with a toast explaining that the feature needs that identity.

Set the Categories

• Global Category — three cascading selects. For services pick Remote Service or Local Service, then the sub-category, then the leaf. For products the first select is For Sale or For Rent (the category itself always sits under physical goods), then two more levels.
• Shop Category (Option) — your own shop categories plus Uncategorized. Manage opens the Shop Category dialog: add a name (up to 50 characters, maximum 30 categories), rename inline, or remove. Deleting a category that still holds items warns that they move to Uncategorized. OK closes the dialog.
• Both rows arrive pre-filled from your last saved listing; whatever you pick here wins when you submit.

Batch by Images

1. Stay on the Batch by Images tab.
2. Drag images into Drag & drop images here or click to browse, or click to browse — up to 20 images per batch.
3. Each image becomes one Service/Product; titles are generated automatically (Service 1, Service 2, …) and all other fields come from your last save.
4. Limits: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF and 4 MB per file. Duplicates and files that are too large are skipped, an image that may be too revealing asks you to Upload Anyway, and one rejected image never stops the rest of the batch. An Uploading overlay shows while uploads run; hover a thumbnail and click ✕ to drop it.

Batch by Titles and Batch by Excel

• Batch by Titles — one title per line in the text box, up to 20 titles. Images stay empty and the other fields still come from your last save.
• Batch by Excel — click Download sample Excel (service-batch.xlsx for services, product-batch.xlsx for products) and fill it offline. This tab is a download-only placeholder for now: Submit stays dimmed and disabled while it is active.

Cancel and Submit

• Cancel returns to the list without creating anything.
• Submit saves the items one after another behind a Saving overlay, then returns to the list. An empty tab answers "Nothing to submit yet.", and past the cap you get "Up to 20 Services/Products per batch."
• The first run needs both a saved listing and a picked category — otherwise the page asks you to "Create your first Service/Product before using batch."

🔍 Tip: Shape your last saved listing exactly the way you want all 20 items to look — it is the template the whole batch copies.
